You notice how people over react under a huge influence of a great leader, but why do they do that? How great leaders inspire people? It seems like great leaders own a mysterious factor, an unknown power that enables them to move souls.
That is a mysterious factor that we can't see consciously, but we must dig deeper in how such inspirations happen in order to understand what is this power.
What we can see about them is the fact that leaders support people's dreams, they want to fight poverty, injustice, people's problems, their unemployment. So they look like they are the first ones who want what everybody else wants, and they are the first ones who hate what embarrass the most of people.
You will feel how badly a great leader hates your problems and people who created them. You will find him wanting so badly your future. And this scenario ends up with you taking action based on his suggestions.
If we analyze this situation we will find that people got inspired because of the leader's assertiveness and confidences. When you see him hating so much high taxes that you are forced to pay, his feelings will inspire hatred in you.
When you see him totally convinced and confident in a certain idea, this fact will inspire confidence in you too. Well, you must know that people's actions are motivated by emotions. So a leader must do nothing more than triggering strong emotions in you in order to make you take his desired action.
Hope motivates you to try your best to choose your major problems. Anger motivates you to seek justice. Dissatisfaction motivates you oppose the current government.
The stronger your emotions are, more motivated you will become to take actions. So if we should answer how great leaders inspire people, we would say that they inspire desired emotions by showing us that they have those strong emotions themselves first.
People are so emotional, that's why some leaders can mislead them to take wrong actions by using their emotional weaknesses, but great leaders will always know how to unmask their motives and destroy their influence by making people feel the right emotions.
